Having been an avid speciality coffee drinker since 2015 I am always slightly nervous stepping outside of brands that I have tried and tested. I have known about Little Fin for a while but never taken the leap - I should have much sooner! I contacted Little Fin to see if they could provide something similar to what I had been drinking both at work and at home. They were very quick to come back with something they felt would be similar too, but not the same as the reference I had provided. Having agreed an amount I wanted the team were very quick to let me know it was ready. Luckily I am local, so was able to get it directly from the roastery, and what a chilled vibe it has! Payment was made super easy with electronic invoice and several popular payment methods.

Annoyingly I had to wait a day to use up my stock, but the wait was worth worthwhile. I ground exactly 19g of coffee and extracted a circa 40g shot which I then made to ‘flat white’. First mouthful hits you with citrusy fruitiness and you want to go back for more!

I use several top brands like Square Mile coffee roasters, Caravan, Origin and Darkwoods, but Little Fin will definitely be on my top cast list!

I love my monthly delivery of freshly roasted Black Gold, so I was a bit hesitant to try a different variety. Well, I’m glad I did! This is a really lovely blend (which tbf all of Little Fin’s are, I’m just a creature of habit 😂). My other half really liked it as well - great little switch up for us over the Christmas period. Lovely stuff team LF! ❤️
